What does the 4 hour minimum cover?

The minimum applies to hourly bookings only. It covers travel, equipment setup, active cleaning time, and breakdown. Most commercial jobs run 4–8 hours.

How do I get a per-job quote?

Submit the contact form and describe your property or fleet. We respond within one business day and arrange a free on-site assessment if needed.

Do you travel outside White Rock?

Yes. We serve South Surrey, Langley, Cloverdale, Delta, and the surrounding Lower Mainland. A travel surcharge may apply depending on distance.

What equipment do you use?

We use Hotsy industrial hot water pressure washing systems. Hot water is significantly more effective than cold water for oil, grease, and organic buildup.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. CleanLines carries full liability insurance for residential and commercial work. Certificates of insurance available upon request for commercial clients.
